Collaroy Netball is excited to welcome our youngest players to the NSG Skills Program!

We’re now taking registrations for children aged 5–7 years — the perfect way to learn the basics, build confidence, and have fun on the court 🎉

Program Details:

📅 Starts: Thursday 23 April 2026

🕓 Time: 4:00pm – 5:00pm

📍 Location: Curl Curl Netball Courts

⏱ Duration: 8 weeks

This program focuses on developing fundamental netball skills in a fun, supportive environment — ideal for beginners or those looking to grow their confidence.

Umpiring Availability 2026

We’re getting organised for the upcoming season and would love to know who’s keen to umpire in 2026!

• Junior umpiring

• NSG umpiring

NSG Umpiring Details:

This is a great opportunity to build confidence and gain valuable court experience.

As an NSG umpire, you will:

• Umpire your assigned team at the MWNA Gala Day on 18 April to connect with your team

• Umpire weekly games, blowing the whistle and helping players learn by explaining your calls

• Be paid $20 per game across a 14-week season

If you’re unable to make a game, please email the secretary so we can arrange a replacement from Collaroy.

This program is all about developing your skills, building confidence, and getting comfortable with the whistle in a supportive environment.

2026 COACHING EOI NOW OPEN

We’re calling for Expressions of Interest for:

• Head Coaches

• Team Managers

• Apprentice Coaches

Seeking coaches for NSG teams (10–15 years).

🌟 A fantastic opportunity for girls completing their Duke of Edinburgh’s Award to complete volunteer hours as Apprentice Coaches.

• Mentoring and support from Drew Mulvena, Australian Accredited Advanced Coach and Assistant Coach at Premier League level

• Ongoing club support

• Access to a dedicated group chat packed with drills, ideas and coaching guidance

✔ Foundation Coaching Course

Complete via Netball Australia online learning portal

• Includes online material + Rules of Netball exam

• Must be completed by 20 April 2026

• Course cost reimbursed by the club (with receipt)

✔ Working With Children Check (Volunteer)

• Free and completed online
